Owner and Creator of Scout Camp Arts & Media, Becky Dempsey started a business in the field of her passion. She has built Scout Camp on ideals of artist advocacy and artistic ambition, with the mission to bringing events to a new level.
She completed Atlantic Cirque's pre-professional program before paving a new path with Scout Camp. Since then she has performed and trained extensively across Canada, and internationally. In her role as owner, director and performing artist she keeps inspiring others to pursue their dreams and push their boundaries.
Assistant Director and Event Manager, Lina Rieth will ensure everything is thought of and planned perfectly. With her great attention to detail and German time management skills, she will guide you through the planning process and supervise the implementation.
She will be on site to assist performing artists and will ensure seamless communication flow between all parties involved. Always with a smile on her face, she will do everything in her power to create a smooth and successful event from start to finish. She is there to take any worries off your mind.
Jody, our Production & Media manager, is a wildly talented photographer, world-class DJ, excellent chef as well as our rigger and stage designer. He will be on site to set up and coordinate the media team.
With his great problem-solving skills and energetic personality he is the perfect liaison to event staff and general keeper of things running smooth.
